How to Measure
Neck - Use a measuring tape to find the circumference of your neck. Allow a one or two-finger margin, then round to the nearest half-inch for your size.
Chest - To obtain the chest measurement, begin an inch below the armhole and measure around the circumference of the body covering the broadest part of the chest.
Waistline - Locate your waistline measurement by bringing the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your torso.
